I've handled both sides of this discussion: Let me see if I have your system setup correct before going and doing some testing of my own. You are running Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and trying to run Thunderbird mail 1.5.x as your mailer and trying to send as mail from OpenOffice 2.0.4? Am I correct?
