Yes.  And I just installed a TB 1.5.0.7 on Windows XP SP2 and attempted
to send a document as an attachment and it worked.  I know that this
does not for the Mac.  I don't have a Linux Distribution installed here
to test Linux, but I understand that is also not working.

I've seen where this is true for several things with Windows XP.  I
guess that this fixed the OPs problem, but not the one with Linux.
