Can you test your document on other machine (or the same machine in
parallel installation of Windows/Linux) to see if the problem is caused
by local variables (like fonts, settings, damaged files) or it by OO
code itself?
If OO continues to misbehave on different installation you should report
your problem in IssueZilla, including the document and reproduction
steps. This way OO developers will investigate the issue amd hopefully
fix it.
