Aaron, I had no problem at all opening this with Abiword, although OO 2.0.4 could not cope with it. It took a while due to the size of the file, but it opened OK. One anomaly is that every page is labelled as p.26!

If you can't open it let me know and I'll copy it to my web-site Keith On Sun, 29 Oct 2006 05:31:30 +0000 John King <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > aaron brick wrote: > > > hi folks, > > > > i am preparing an academic paper for a conference and am almost > > done - like i intend to send it this week. however, today i > > saved the RDF to disk, upgraded OO.o from 2.0.2 to 2.0.4 > > (debian packages), and now can't reopen the file. an error is > > reported at the end of the file - nothing appears amiss to me. > > > > can anyone help? the file is 20M, about which i apologize (it > > contains a few photos). > > > > http://www.lithic.org/tmp/volkswagen-2006.rtf > > > > i would really appreciate any help. > > > > aaron. > > > > > > \\ aaron brick > > \\ [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > \\ http://www.lithic.org > > Is there a readable version in your ~/.openoffice.org2/backup > directory? > -- God bless you, Keith Bates 4 Mooloobar St Narrabri NSW 2390 Phone: 02 67924890 Fax: 02 67925418 www.new-life.org.au If you don't have a reason to live JESUS IS THE ANSWER!
