Aaron,

I had no problem at all opening this with Abiword, although OO 2.0.4
could not cope with it. It took a while due to the size of the file,
but it opened OK. One anomaly is that every page is labelled as p.26!

I think you are using a debian system, so it shouldn't be a probelm for
you to install Abiword.

If you can't open it let me know and I'll copy it to my web-site
