Hi Terry Thank you very much for your answer. Normally, what you have suggested will most probably be the right treat, but unfortunately it doesn't work in my case: The toolbar "Form Controls" is visible but grey-shaded, i.e. I can't click on any of the icons. I hope that you or somebody else knows a solution to this problem as well.
