If you want an opensource webpage-creator like dreamweaver you might
take a look at NVU (www.nvu.com). Their version 1.0 is around for a
while and I'm not sure if they're developing it any more.
Yes. I don't think NVU has been in development for over a year, but
SeaMonkey is the Mozilla web browser plus editor suite (the editor is
called "composer") that AFAIK incorporates essentially the same work as
NVU did.
