I have tried to download zipped STW templates from several sources and
they are all extracted as multiple XML files that I have not been able
to do anything with. What am I missing?
In addition, in the single instance I was able to download an intact STW
file, the "Organize Templates" import function failed with the message "
the template may have already been installed". I searched and it was not
in any of the appropriate paths, i.e. .../user/template. Again, am I
missing something?
