Subject: [users] OpenOffice Won't Run (Mac OS X Intel)
Hi, when i start OpenOffice all I get is the splash screen for a few
seconds then it crashes and the icon disappears from the dock. X11
opens and stays open.
As far as I am aware this is not the font problem from X11 as I have
the new fixed version...
[Crash Log Removed]
Tom:
I really need the following information:
MacIntosh make/mode
Mac OS X version
OpenOffice.org 2.0 version
Without this information, I cannot begin to troubleshoot this problem.
Also, were you just trying to open OpenOffice.org or were you
trying to open a document or did you 'drag-n-drop' a document onto
the OpenOffice.org icon?
The reasons that I am asking these questions is you are trying to
use the Intel version and it looks like something went wrong and
the program attempted to access memory that did not belong to it.
