Kirill, this has me foxed. What is the nature of "that text box"? It
is not the same as a text box inserted using the Forms Control toolbar.
How was it created?

This spreadsheet does use macros and visual basic. Calc uses
a different basic, which while similar is not compatable in a
number of regards.
