Any interference is likely to be from the desktop itself. On Kde and Xfce it is possible to alter such shortcuts; no doubt, on Gnome as well. In Kde, the shortcuts are managed in the Accessibility section of the Kde control centre. On Xfce, it is the Window Manager module of the Settings Manager.
Hello Same here, on an iMac. In Apple's key combinations, ^F3 is assigned to 'activate dock'. The OS' setting takes precedence over the setting in any program. When I desactivate Ctrl-F3 in Apple's System Prefs, I can use the combination in OOo where it is mapped to bring on the Autotext window. -- Guy using english OOo 2.0.4 on a G4 iMac Panther and dutch OOo 2.1 RC 1 on a G4 PPC Powerbook Tiger --please reply only to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Dodoes can't afford to have headaches
