Good link, but how does this reply help the OP who is notsubscribed? If anyone replies to one of my emails to this list, please always check for a listed CC. This indicates that I know the OP is not subscribed. In such cases, please include the email address in the CC of my email so that the OP will also receive the information. Dan

I can *always* CC to the OP, but that gets tiring in the end.
