[users] [moderated] Windows says the installer is corrupt

I am running WinXp ( at least SP2) on an AMD64 - HD's are NTFS.  I've 
downloaded the OOo_2.04_Wind32Intel_Install.exe twice. Upon 
double-clicking, I get the message that the file is corrupt.
Any ideas?
