When I downloaded an emailable application form, from a council website, the
application form opened successfully but I wasn't able to type on the
application form. Whenever I tried to type anything, a message would appear
saying 'Read only content cannot be changed, No modifications will be accepted'.
Can you please help me and tell me how to correct this.
