The online free translators are good tools to identify buzzwords and
doublespeak. Just translate to some other language, then back to the
original. Usually this is good for a chuckle or two. When the text can
survive this process, it's probably understandable to someone who
doesn't know already what you're going to say.

I highly recommend getting and paying for a high-quality translation service
and have them work through your documents. Machine translation is not quite
there yet. I tried to use it to convert an OpenOffice.org HOW-TO from German
to English. The results were quite humorous and needed many more hours to fix
the problems.

I've seen the pseudocode for an OOo macro that provides that
functionality, but I don't think it was implemented.
