Subject: [users] having trouble with password

I saved some files with the same password (a mix of uppercase, lower case
and numerical characters) and now I can no longer open the files that I
saved. This is VERY frustrating to say the least!

Any suggestions/help would be very much appreciated!

David

The obvious (to me) question is: Are you sure you know what password you used when you saved the files? Are you typiing in the wrong password now when you're trying to open them?

It sounds like you put in a password to save the files, and now are typing something different. If so, you'll need to keep trying other possibilities of what the password could be, until you get it. If you don't, then I don't think there's any way anyone here can help you open the files. After all, the whole point of password-protecting files is so that the only way to open them is to know the password.
