That is just the whole point, isn't it. We're asking for an easy way to
post questions without getting hundreds of unneed emails.
I have major issues with a FLOSS email client. The only support offered
for it is on a web forum. I had to ask the same question four times,
before I got a response that was usable.
This says all about the dedication of the developer, but nothing about
the effectiveness of the way you are required to post a question.
