[users] I just downloaded OO 2.1 and have .....

Hi,

I just downloaded OO 2.1 and when I went to open it I got a small 
window that said

" Open Office Was not found in your system .
Please (re-) install Open Office.org first"  Could someone tell me 
what to do next?
Could this mean to restart the computer?
