First, is 2.0's Quickstarter running? If it is there will be an icon for it
in the System Tray. The icon is blue/grey and has a picture of flying birds
on it. Right click on this icon and choose Exit. Now go to Control Panel >
Add/Remove Software and try to remove OpenOffice 2.0. If that still fails,
then installing and running the program described at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/EN-US/ might help.
