Think All charged your credit card because you requested 4 free CD's and you
was supposed to send 2 of them back if you did not want to pay fifty bucks.
Apparently you did not send 2 of the CD's back so you owe them fifty bucks.
Think All is not associated with OpenOffice.org other than they sell the
software. Your dispute is with Think All and has nothing to do with this
mailing list or the company OpenOffice.org
