I also ordered OOo from ThinkAll and after the initial shipment they kept
sending me staff and charging my credit card. However, they stopped
immediately when I e-mailed them with a complaint.
Although I definitely like to contribute financially to Open Source
programmes, I don't like people taking advantage of me.
Now, I understand that they have a bad reputation.

ThinkAll seems to be bad company.
Don't blame OpenOffice.org for this.
Have a look at these links.

Dear Sir

You'd better complain and request immediate discontinuation of your
'contract' with this malafide firm, or you might have to pay a lot more:

Another thing that may suprised you is that you're automatically
'subscribed' to their monthly 4 CD offer which you will be charged
USD41.90 per month. So be careful when dealing with Think All.

Should you've already ordered the "free" CD from Think All, the best you
can do is to cancel your subscription by going to
http://www.thinkall.com/freeCD.htm (which is randomly changed according to
some) to avoid being billed further by the company.

You could also call their (carefully hidden) customer support line at
+1800 4628 144 or +1902 462 6085 to cancel your free cds. Remember, think
twice before ordering CDs from Thinkall.com
