If CPH does not CC the list, I at least would be tempted to also forward a copy of an answer which does not appear to have been sent to the OP. Unfortunately this often occurs even when "moderated" appears in the subject line, let alone when it is only in the headers. The consequence could well be 3 or 4 or more forwarded copies of the _same_ reply, which to a newbie could be very confusing, and certainly could look as though she/he was being spammed. I would encourage CPH to keep offering his very good service, I for one would not be able to keep it up as reliably as he is doing.
