Do your tables have primary keys? If not; add this. /$

Thank you for the quick reply. I created the tables like you would do in MS Access. Then using those tables I created the forms and subforms. Then I want to put some data to those tables, but when I open form I created, beside of the form name (READ ONLY) was display. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I was trying to write some data to those tables I created that's all. I worked with MS Access and Oracle DB almost 8 years so I know what I'm doing. So if you can tell me steps to create simple table I can be able to write to it. I really appreciated. PS: I only use one "it". We need more detailed information. Let's start by you opening the database. Then click the Form icon on the left side if it is not already highlighted. To be able to enter data into the database, you have to double click the name of a form found in the Forms list. If the form opens, it should have a name at the top left of the screen with (Read Only) following it. But the fields of the form should be present in the form itself. They should not be Read Only unless you modified the controls of the fields to be Read Only. These are the steps you should be taking. What are the steps that you have taken. And please, do not use the word it at all. We need to know what you can not write to as well as what is Read Only.
