Well I was running 2.0 -- so I downloaded 2.1 as it would be worth it
just for the ability to use standard mac shortcuts -- but I still get
the same results -- cmd-C executes a copy from the X11 edit menu and
had no effect on the Open Office document I have open.
Maybe I am missing a patch or something something??

If you are using OpenOffice.org 2.1 and higher, you should be able
to use Cmd+C to paste
as the Cntrl and Cmd keys were made interchangeable (at least they
are here) in OpenOffice.org.

Subject: Re: [users] Paste shortcut on MacOSX
Because you are running under X11 you have to use X11 key commands --
control-v and control c
the "working" command c is really the copy fuction from Apple's
launcher interface for X11
neooffice will give you a much more "mac" interface including
standard copy & paste
Thanks

Hi,
When I use the Mac OSX version of Oo.o, the shortcut for the copy
function (command-C) works, but it is not the case for the paste
function (command-V). Both functions are OK when using their
associated
icons.
How can I solve this ?
Thanks
