      Why did you hold the left mouse button down? My instructions 
were to click inside the text box. I did not say hold the left mouse 
button down. Once you have highlighted the text box with the single 
quick click, you do not need to use the mouse again until you right 
click the highlighted text.

      Please do not use all "caps" in your email. It is considered to 
be "shouting". Furthermore, my email client adds ">" to show which 
parts of the message go together.
