What you need, and that's arguable, and what you are likely to get are
two very different things with an attitude such as yours. This list is
entirely staffed by volunteers, not paid support staff - and I've found
that to be highly beneficial - and the inclination to help those who
resort to vulgar illiteracy is generally in short supply.
