We require registration for the Issue Tracker so that you will be notified anytime there is a change to the status of your problem and when that problem is solved. We do not use your address for any other purpose unless you request that we do so (this is because the system is NOT located in the United States but rather the European Union and they have different laws.) Second, we are a group of volunteers (that is the POWER behind OpenSource software.) Would you like to tell us about the problem you encountered before filing a bug report? Maybe we can come up with a solution or state that we have seen this before and that the problem is being worked on. BTW, we, that is members of who subscribe to this volunteer staffed mailing list do not normally send 'personal' replies, but as you are not subscribed to this mailing list, I carbon copied you.
