I'm somewhat in between, but that was precisely my point, many of us do find OO.o:s pages complicated - for example, I had some trouble voting on a issue recently, until Kirill came to my rescue - and this is something that should be addressed if we are to make use of the insights of more users or would-be users. That one's frustration can be expressed in terms other than those employed by Mr Banks is another matter....
