Actually, as you said it depends. The labels that we were testing were
Avery # 8167 & # 8160 "return" labels. So, it would make sense to
syncronize for those where you want all of the labels to be the same.
However, if you are doing "reply/mailing" labels, where the recipients
are different then it wouldn't make sense to do so.
