Look here: http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom
Please note that you will have to pay for a CD; most of the suppliers charge only a nominal amount to cover the cost of producing the CD plus P&P. Expect to pay about USD 10. The web site I mentioned makes no recommendations and gives no guarantees, either express or implied. Any dispute between you and your chosen supplier is exactly that, a dispute between you and the supplier. We are simply a volunteer support group working in our spare time for no pay.
Alternatively you might want to look at the computer magazines in any good magazine/book shop. Many of them come with free CDs (or DVDs) many of which have OpenOffice on them. Check the magazine's description of the contents of the CD/DVD. Also, make sure you get a magazine relevant to your Operating System; the Linux version of OpenOffice won't run on Windows, for example. In this case the only price you pay is for the magazine.
