In the Writer, click Tools, then Options. A two panel window opens. Locate OpenOffice.org Base in the left panel. It has a plus sign to the left. Click the plus sign and select Databases. In the right panel should be a list of the databases that are "registered." Click the various databases you don't want anymore, click the Delete button and you're done!
