I haven't been able to use it with Thunderbird. Someone at our Linux group suggested to me that my ISP server would not recognise a request coming from a strange IP, which makes sense. Can you use an email client to connect to a newsgroup? I use Firefox to get Nabble (or Gmane if Nabble is down). I don't know how I would use Thunderbird or why I would. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/I-can-NOT-post-or-join-mail-list-tf3444763.html#a9626499 Sent from the openoffice - users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
