hi i'm using oppen office.org calc version 2.0.3

my problem is how to retrieve previously saved macros... i have already
tried to save several macros on the same document but it keeps on
disappearing whenever i open my document when in fact i have already saved
and clicked the save icon on the tools, macros section.

this so called open office calc of yours is starting to be annoying
because all my efforts in making such macros always keeps on disappearing
every time i open my document where i saved my macros.. can you help on this
problem because i really need to do my work fast ... but this calc is
preventing me from doing this because as i have said earlier the macros i
have saved disappears. can you explain what is going on with this calc of
yours

Hello

OpenOffice.org has its own ways to save macros (and where), but they
certainly don't "disappear".
I'm sure that once you know how OOo organises its macro administration,
you'll have no problem in keeping track of where your macros go.
I don't know in as far you're familiar with the functioning of macros in
OOo, or in Calc in particular.
Maybe it's time to take a look at some How-To's and Guides that can be found
in the Support pages of the OOo website:
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/0117GS-GettingStartedWithMacros.pdf
One of OOo's macro specialists is Andrew Pitonyak. You'll find updated macro
stuff on this site:
http://www.pitonyak.org/AndrewMacro.odt

"This calc" is not mine and the users list of this "so called open office"
is manned by volunteers, users like yourself (or seemingly so). It's no use
to start deprecating the free software you're trying to use and get
information about. We might just let you try and sort it out for
yourselves... or go back to proprietary programs.
