Could you send me a simple database with this problem off list? I
have not problems of this type on the Linux version.

Hi Dan,
Many thanks for the offer. I was going to do this, so I created a completely
new database and constructed a form. It worked! So it's now back to my major
database with 11 Lists, 11 Forms plus Queries and Reports to find out what
has been causing the problem for the past two days!!
I will let you know the answer when I find it!
