That is the point - particular combination is not in the list.
Then you'll need to use a different program to create your hotkey. There
are quite a few good free macro programs around for Windows (assuming
you're using Windows).
One that's reasonably easy to use is Batchrun:

Two that are harder to use, but have many more features, are AutoHotKey
and PowerPro:

If you're using a Mac you could have a look at AppleScript, and if you're
using Linux, have a look at key bindings.
