Even worse, they have chosen to integrate them with Mozilla Thunderbird, instead of just using existing PIMs like Kontact and Evolution. Why not just add the hooks to interoperate with them. Kpilot works fine to sync my PDA, too. Now OO has to reinvent all those wheels.
