I tried it yesterday, too; it's always the same -
with and without renaming or removing the 'share version' of
Linguistic.xcu ...
Of course; it's not the same problem. The linguistic.xcu issue prevents OOo to
keep the new setting but it doesn't prevent OOo to take into account the new
dictionary, at least for the current document, even if the setting is lost
afterwards.
