Any lawyer is going to tell you that even with the best case going to
court is a coin flip.  And I don't think Microsoft even has that.  What
they have is a theoretical paper saying that open source might violate
some _untested_ patents.  That's it.
And Microsoft won't even say which ones they are in the first place. 
Somebody must have played a cruel joke on them and sent them SCO's game
plan cause that is going to come back and blast them in the face.
