Nothing but MSpublisher can open .pub files any way.

He isn't talking about being able to open .pub files in OOo. 
He is talking about producing files with OOo instead of 
MSpublisher. He is trying to get people to look more 
closely at OOo first instead of going to a real DTP if they 
don't need too. He is claiming that OOo can do just about 
anything that MSpublisher can do.

So, what advantage does MSpublisher have over OOo?
