Thank you for giving me an answer that did not make me feel stupid, I also go an answer from Pueblo Native. I put data into the office program, names and times. The information is all figured then the Treasurer does invoices and records of the payments. So I was only tiring to help, because to figure the time in and out for each child is difficult. I charted the time that they are to be there and I did not use any program. I told them when I purchased my computer, what I would like to do, however because they know what they are doing they thought this would work. I know that they have programs the do everything for a Daycare, however they are expense. Thanks again for the nice reply. I thought that maybe I could find how to run this program, the spreed sheet does not work can not get the formula right, I need instruction like how to run Office for Dummys Have a great Day God Bless Rennsda
