The Getting Started Guide is available at
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/. You can get
the entire guide or the individual chapters. There are more advanced
guides available on that page as well.
What you might be able to do is place the names across the top in
row 1 beginning with Column B. Down the left side beginning with row
2, place the arrival time leaving time, and the time difference. Do
this for each day of the week. In the time difference rows, subtract
the arrival time from the leaving time. Calc (spreadsheet) will
calculate the difference and enter it as a time.
