sudo fc-cache -f -v

will fix and update your font caches.

BTW: OOo in Ubuntu 7.04 doesn't use /opt/openoffice.xyz it only uses
/usr/lib/openoffice/.
/opt/openoffice.org2.0 indicates that you have: 1) had an official
version of OOo installed (outdated as it should be
/opt/openoffice.org2.2 if you have the latest official 2.2 OOo
installed), or 2) you created the directory. In any even fc-cache -f -v
should fix the problem.
