My addresses are stored in microsoft outlook addresses, when I try to 
complete envelopes  write does not seem to  recognise the list,I have 
tried contacting the list in Thunderbird which it recognises but does 
not seem to recognise the format, outlook it says does not exist.
When I try to enter the date, I selected date fixed and the style of 
date but when I hit insert all that appears on the letter is the word 
date. There would seem to be a problem in recognising the data that I 
have in microsoft office 2000. I have followed the instructions in the 
help section but there is some fundamental difference in the way dates 
and addresses are accessed from Microsoft word.PLEASE can you help!
