Thanks for the advice but I only followed the links provided so if I've ended up with an old programme, it's the fault of your system. I only downloaded 2 to 3 weeks ago so how could I get something so out of date?? I admire your principles but it's all too difficult to follow so I've picked up a second hand microsoft office 2004. Sorry and all that but you need to get the system better co-ordinated for non computer experts.
