There's nothing that Publisher can do that OoWriter can't do, e.g. brochures,
flyers, table tents, posters, newsletters, business cards, letterheads, etc.
What type of desktop publishing do you do?

Why are you and Frank Cox automagically sending this potential user off
to Scribus before you even know what she is using Publisher for? Do
both of you sincerely believe that you can't do a newsletter, tri-fold
brochure, flyer, or similar in OOo?
