Can anyone tell me how to get a graphic document from open office draw into the body of an email in the form of vertical pages (not attachments) so the reader would scroll down through the pages? I have tried many different file formats but nothing will go through and show the graphics, only the text. It seems Yahoo will not recognize the graphics in the file. Help would be appreciated. Dick
The answer to your question depends more on your e-mail program than on OpenOffice. Some e-mail programs simply won't allow graphics in the body of the message. Others, like Outlook Express, have to be configured to allow it. One of the considerations is whether your e-mail program is configured to send "text only" or "HTML". If the former, then graphics will automatically be sent as attachments. Please consult the Help and/or other support facilities for whichever e-mail program you are using. Please also note that an individual recipient of one of your messages will *not* necessarily see the graphics in the body of the message. Whether or not he/she does depends on *his/her* e-mail program and the way it is configured. -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to [email protected]
