Hello- Well!! I am most appreciative of the surprises -- your program is everything you said it would be and more! I doubted that something that sounded so simple and logical would really work universally, but it does. I am not impressed with Vista on this replacement computer I received because most of everything I had was obsolete under it. Fortunately your program has saved my nerves and my hair -- no longer do I have to worry about being a bald female from pulling out my hair over the problems with Vista.
