Your message isn't very clear about what it is you wish to learn.

I am assuming you have obtained (by downloading or on CD) and installed
OOo (OpenOffice.org). If not, then go to this page:
http://download.openoffice.org/common/instructions.html

The OOo package includes several office type programs. To get an
overview about each of the programs and what they do take a look at this
page: http://www.openoffice.org/product/index.html
If you have not used this type of software before, you would probably
want to start with "Writer" the word processor for creating and editing
documents (eg. letters, books etc).

I am not sure about an absolute beginners guide, but you will find a lot
of information on the following page:
http://support.openoffice.org/index.html - provides links to a number of
learning resources and tutorials. Here are some links from that page
that may help get you started:

http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/index.html - click the "PDF"
link next to "http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/index.html";.

http://documentation.openoffice.org/tutorials/index.html - click the
"PDF" link next to "OpenOffice.org Writer tutorial".

http://www.tutorialsforopenoffice.org and http://inpics.net
These look like good resources for someone using OOo for the first time.

There is a wealth of information on and linked from the OOo website, but
if you get stuck you can always post back to this list for assistance.

Hope this helps.
