This is a mailing list to which many users of OpenOffice.org (OOo) have
subscribed. We are all volunteers, and hence do not expect a phone call
from any of us.
However, there are many documents available to help you. I would
recommend that you go to
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/. As a first step,
I also recommend your download the manuals from the Getting Started Guide
list that you need. You might want to bookmark this web page so that you
can easily come back for the user guides once you understand the basics
found in the Getting Started Chapters.
