[users] installing version 2.3

I am currently using version 2.0. When I try to install version 2.3   I get an 
error message that reads "The feature you are trying to use is on a disk that 
is not available.Insert the oo cd rom etc.  I don't have this disk -is there a 
way around this problem short of buying the cd? Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.               Jim
