Who you purchased "Open Office Word" from? Was it a website, eBay, etc., and do they have a website? 2. How did you find this list and the email address of [email protected] in order to post here? Did whoever sold you the CD advise that you should use this email address for support, or did you find the email address from http://www.openoffice.org/? Answering those two questions will assist others here in assisting you. I'd also advise that you contact Amex and immediately cancel the $49 charge.
